INFORMATION

Our goal is professional looking photos so please read all this important information and be ready for photos.

• Check-In: Upstairs at the banquet room. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
  • We will not wait to start pictures if skaters are missing so if you are late you may miss your photo.
  • Parents will not be allowed in the banquet room. Except during equal edges photo & the parent/skater photos.
  • Parking is usually pretty good at FSC but could be limited, plan accordingly.
• If you can’t make your scheduled time, there will be no make up photos.
  • If a skater is going to miss photo day they need to email the committee at info@showtimeonice.com.
• Skaters – Are required to wear a solid black skating jacket or plain, solid black long sleeve shirt (no cropped tops are allowed), and all black skating pants. Bring your skates & guards to wear.
  • Skaters that need help putting skates on please have them on before entering in the photo room.
  • Hair and makeup (neutral makeup palette) should be picture ready. Pictures will be in color.
• Parent/Skater Photo – Parents wear dark black pants or jeans and white button-down shirt or long sleeve top. No logos or color please.
• Check-Out: Skaters will be released as soon as their photo(s) are done. Skaters 8 years and younger must be checked out by a parent at the door to the banquet room.
• Program Photos will be available to buy online from our photographer after Cast Photo Day. We will share the link to the photographer’s gallery so you can check out group and character photos to purchase.
• Each skater’s registration includes a show program.
