There are a few items we would like you to keep in mind before filling out your registration form. This form is long, please make sure you have time when filling it out.

*Please take the time to enter all information accurately. Please avoid using autofill. PLEASE DO NOT USE ALL CAPS OR all lowercase. It adds extra time and work for volunteers to process your entry.

Skating History & Eligibility

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SKATERS FOR SHOWTIME ON ICE

A USFS skater must be a Full Member of Denver Colorado Figure Skating Club (DCFSC) AND the skater must be working with a staff coach at South Suburban Sports Complex and/or Family Sports Center in the Head Coach capacity AND the skater must train the majority of the time at SSSC or FSC.

OR

A USFS skater must be an Associate Member of DCFSC AND the skater must be working with a staff coach at South Suburban Sports Complex and/or Family Sports Center in the Head Coach capacity AND the skater must train the majority of the time at SSSC and/or FSC.

Learn to Skate participants : The skater must be currently enrolled in Learn to Skate classes at South Suburban Sports Complex and/or Family Sports Center.

Show Participation (LTS)*

Only skaters in the Learn to Skate program at South Suburban Sports Complex and/or Family Sports Center are eligible to participate in Showtime on Ice. I understand that as a learn to skate student, my skater will be placed in a group of skaters with the same skill level in the FIRST half of the show.

I understand that to be eligible to participate in Showtime on Ice, I must be a member or associate member of the Denver Colorado Figure Skating Club AND I meet the ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA listed in the Registration Guide.

Skaters are expected to know the rehearsal schedule well in advance and be on time. Repeated missed attendance will not be allowed. A commitment by the skater to attend rehearsals for both leading parts and group numbers is required.

As a USFS Pre-Preliminary Singles or above skater, you are eligible to participate in BOTH halves of the show. Please indicate below if you would like to be in both halves or just the FIRST one.

Show Participation and Cost

Each skater will pay a registration fee and will pay the balance in January 2025. Each registration includes ice time for auditions, rehearsals, and our show weekend, the costume(s), a show program, and an autograph session with the guest skaters on the last day of the show.

Learn to Skate/Basic Skills: $275 ($150 at registration and $125 due 1/15/25)
USFS Skaters cast in two groups: $400 ($200 at registration and $200 due 1/15/25)
USFS Skaters cast in a group and as a named character: $450 ($200 at registration and $250 due 1/15/25)

My Learn to State skater will be testing for USFS Pre-Preliminary Singles before auditions (last test date is 10/11/24)*

You must register in advance to take the USFS Pre-Preliminary Skating Skills and Singles tests.
Please consult with your primary head coach if you have questions regarding your skater’s level and testing.

I understand that if the skater tests for, and passes, the USFS Pre-Preliminary Singles test that they will be eligible to be cast in a group number in BOTH halves of the show.
